The Ostrich Farm

I live on an ostrich farm now. More on that later. Suffice it to say I decided to stay in Maun for another year and found myself a new cottage here. The farm manager, Joe, gave me nine fresh guinea fowl eggs. I will poach them tonight for dinner with a salad. Very excited to taste them.
