My new kraal

This is my new kraal that I built near my house. I moved the goats in that week and they are very happy. It's made out of shade cloth wrapped around wood poles. The shade on top is to block out the hot afternoon sun.

Goat Milk

I've starting milking one of my goats whom I've named Betty. I had my first cup of coffee this morning with her raw milk. It has a very high fat content and a sharp flavor.

Strawberry Milkshakes

I took my students to Wimpy, a popular chain of diners, on Saturday. We all got milkshakes and burgers. Kitso, below, is so tiny but she put away a milkshake, soda, and fried chicken like a champ.
